The History
After another amazing day in the Cascade backcountry, during the super snowy winter of 1997, Stefan Hofmann snapped a photo of an old Tucker snow cat. The image was made into stickers and stuck all over Seattle in an effort to bring the magical feeling of the mountains into the city and beyond. The idea behind this was that an image could contain intrinsic value and could affect humans on a sub-conscious, archetypal level. As the stickers began to find themselves spread across the globe, the campaign progressed to hand knit beanies, t-shirts and some accessories that all featured the snow cat prominently. Sarah O’Brien jumped on board in 2002 and Spacecraft was officially launched. Welcome aboard.
