Spacecraft products are fully warrantied with proof of purchase to the original owner against defects in material and workmanship within 1 year from date of purchase. We stand behind our products and will always focus on your satisfaction. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, overly-aggressive house cats, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.

If your warranty is something Spacecraft would deem a defect in craftsmanship, we suggest you refer to your original receipt and contact that retailer for warranty evaluation. This is the fastest and easiest way to get a refund, credit, or replacement.
