Returns

We get it - buying things online can be difficult. That's why every item sold through our website is eligible to be returned for your choice of a refund or exchange. 

• All returns must be submitted via email within 30 days from your original date of purchase. 
• All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all tags and original packaging. 
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met and will ship items back to you if they arrive used or abused.
• You are responsible for return shipping, but Spacecraft will cover the cost of shipping on any exchanged items shipping within the lower 48 United States. 
• If you're unsatisfied with your product due to shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, please visit our Warranty Page.
• We do not allow exchanges on international orders, but returns for a refund are accepted.
